Do you have a protruding belly and large waist?  This is caused by visceral fat and it is one of the more difficult fats for people to lose because it’s stored around your organs.  Visceral Fat is known as a “deep” fat that’s stored further underneath the skin than “subcutaneous” belly fat. It’s a form of gel-like fat that’s actually wrapped around major organs, including the liver, pancreas and kidneys.
Lifestyle changes including diet and exercise will help promote usage of visceral fat and lowers your risk factors for developing heart  disease, cancer, depression and so many other diseases.  Visceral Fat is a form of inflammatory disease.

A protruding belly and large waist is a sign that you are storing dangerous visceral fat.  Visceral fat doesn’t just make your pants tight, these fat cells change the way that your body operates.  Visceral fat is considered toxic and spells double-trouble in the body.  Visceral fat releases fatty acids and pro-inflammatory chemicals.
